Was close to public transports.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Staff changed us the room, at our request, when we had a noise problem with another guests.
The walls are thin, and depending on the other guests, you may or not have a night of sleep.

This motel is excellent value for the money. It is only 50 meters from the entrance to the Presedio. Excellent location to enjoy San Francisco.

--The front desk was not available most of the time. It seemed a bit weird waiting outside a closed room and knocking door for few minutes before someone came out behind glass windows. Did not feel like Corona is over..:-) --No coffee

Good sized room, comfortable chairs and bed. Lots of space for our suitcases, etc.
Easy check in without entering office. Free Parking!
The only suggestion would be to oil the squeeky bathroom door.

I loved the location. It was right by the entrance to the Presidio. Nice neighborhood
The parking is very cramped and very few spots. Its a first come first park situation and difficult to pull out of. You have to park on the street and hope to find a spot close to the hotel. Its two hour parking so dont leave your car there for the day.
The floor was very dirty, dirt marks on the walls and ceiling, very thin walls , dirty bed frame and the beds are very small. You could hear the people above walking around and talking. I didnt feel the price was worth it. They also hold your card for a $300 deposit! I get that its an expensive city but the price gouging is ridiculous.

The hotel is more like a motel. Very small parking in front of room. Second floor is only reachable by stairs. Room is ok but on the small size. Area is nice with all kinds of bars and restaurants! And surprisingly the room was quiet!

Super small beds, the room was extremely tiny, the facilities are very old and junky.
