The regency club is really awesome with the revolving view, theres a lot of food from 6:30am to 9pm. Very close to self parking garage. Wanted to go back next time

To tell you the truth, just the location
I didn’t like that I had to pay $500 for the night and the rooms were dirty. The wall was dirty. There was no water in the room or microwave. The cups were in the bathroom were dirty specially where they were sitting at upside down.

I have discovered that my credit card was charged twice—either by Booking.com or the Hyatt Regency. I am formally disputing one of these charges and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this situation by both companies.
