There was an ICE raids and protests. It freaked out my son and he was worried about dying. This completely ruined our trip.

It was in the heart of the business district and on/near the bay. The interior was breathtaking, the restaurant was delicious and all of the staff encountered were VERY attentive and professional.
The only complaint would be the cost to self-park vs. valet and cost of the room- BUT I felt we received what we paid for…so not much of a complaint.

Spacious, clean room; excellent location, lovely public areas and facilities for guests.
Early in the morning, an intermittent, internal noise would disturb us from sleep, in our room on floor 2. It was an unidentifiable thump that was intermittent but nevertheless when sleeping, enough to wake us and disrupt our sleep. The noise was internal, not from the street. Very disappointing and spoilt what was otherwise a lovely hotel. We mentioned it at check out, should have done it earlier and changed rooms, but had presumed it was a one off.
