Oh goodness, everything!!
Sandwich at little cafe market was too expensive for the quality. Staff did heat it up for me, but since it wasn’t toasted it was just a soggy kinda slop. Could tell that the ingredients were high quality though!

Hotel is very nice with amazing view & excellent location , Mr Tasha at the reception was very friendly and helpful , I like the way he welcomed us.
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an unexpected charge that was applied to my credit card after my departure from Hyatt Regency San Francisco. An amount of USD 146 was deducted without prior notification or approval.
Before arriving at the hotel, the full booking amount was already charged to my credit card, and upon check-in, your front desk staff confirmed that everything was fully settled and no additional payments were due. At no point during my stay was I informed of any extra charges or pending amounts.
Therefore, this deduction came as a surprise and created a sense of mistrust and dissatisfaction with my experience. I value transparency, and I expected clearer communication, especially regarding financial matters.

Good location. Nice lobby area.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately my experience was impacted by a serious issue. On my first night, I discovered multiple bites on my body and later learned that my room tested positive for fleas after an investigation by the hotel. This was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting, and it really put a damper on my entire trip.
The staff were polite and apologetic when I reported the issue, and they did switch my room, remove the destination fee, and offer a complimentary upgrade. I appreciated their professionalism in how they handled the moment. However, considering the severity of the situation — being bitten in my hotel bed and having to deal with the anxiety and discomfort that followed — I do feel that more could have been done to make things right.
Overall, while the staff’s attitude was kind, the compensation did not match the impact this incident had on my stay. I hope the hotel takes additional steps to prevent this from happening to future guests.
