I liked how clean it was and the location.
Unfortunately I had requested this room exactly because it had a fireplace. The dissatisfaction of finding out the fireplace did not work and the person at the front desk calling back my room at the time stating that it would be getting fixed the next day and sure enough it wasn't. Next time don't sell a misrepresentation of a room stating it has an amenity that doesn't work. Ontop of that the sofa was stained with idk what. Pictures are posted. For the price I paid I could have placed myself, husband and baby somewhere else.

Location was near where I wanted to go. I didn't have breakfast but I was told about it. The room was okay had what it needed lots of room to store the things I had. Mirror was big and bright which was nice.
The safety lock on top of the door in my room was missing so that was concering and made me feel unsafe but luckly no one came into my room as I slept. Also as I walked on one side of my room it kept creeking so something wrong with the flooring maybe wasn't a big deal I just slept on the other side. Problem the wall was thin so you can hear people next door and at the time I stayed there were people making loud nosies.

I loved the location. The hotel is a great walking distance to everything. Getting to and from the bus was fairly easy as well.
My only draw back is the parking situation. It is first come first serve. Which I never had a problem finding parking. The only issue was that the spaces were TIGHT and made it difficult to park your car. Only leaving a little space to get in and out of your car. I was worried about other guest dinging my car with their door when they would get in and out of their car.

I was charged $100$ as a security deposit, with the assurance of a refund in 3 working days at checkout. It has been more than a couple of months, and I haven't received any refund or response to follow-up emails/messages.

The location is exceptional if looking for San Francisco nightlife. A stones-throw from a lively weekend with minimal driving required to get around if any at all. The sounds of the horns in the bay are soothing in the evening as you wind down in your room.
The parking situation is bad. They have 10-ish reserved spaces for guests but no real system as to who gets what spot. There was a spot available for us when we arrived but it was so tight that no matter which way you sliced it our car wasn't fitting. The street parking is free and available until 10AM, but in a very busy area, leaving your car overnight is always a stressful anywhere in San Francisco. However, our trip had 0 hiccups and this location was a blessing!

Great hotel, very clean. Breakfast was delicious we loved the waffles. They were helpful finding parking right out front. Area felt safe lots of people out jogging walking dogs etc iI walked around with my two kids to the beach which was about a 20min walk. I would stay again an recommend it.

The location is convenient for walking around the Marina District.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and the first thing we noticed was that all the parking spots were taken — except one. When we tried to park there, the manager told us that this specific spot was paid, even though our booking clearly stated free parking. It looked ridiculous that all spots were free except for one.
On top of that, we had booked an upgraded room, but when we opened the door, we saw a towel on the floor and a dirty bed — the room had not been cleaned.
After paying the deposit, we were also charged for the “free” parking and were refused a receipt, being told to resolve it in the morning.
Eventually, we were given another room with separate beds, and had to wait another 30 minutes for the key.
I would really like to hear a comment from Booking.com about this kind of service. And I didn't get back my deposit.

Staff was smiling, nice, helpful. Location was good for walking to Fisherman's wharf, Golden Gate Park, and other locations.
PARKING LIMITED. Free Parking is misleading. About 10 spots for 40 rooms. Coffee horrible, breakfast limited, breakfast space very limited. Room small. Motel design. No towels from 12-3 (laundry time); came back to room in afternoon to no towels.
