The location was good, the bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels for four. The heating and cooling worked well too.
The bed settee was extremely uncomfortable for two children. It dipped in the middle badly and was very creaky. In fact we couldn’t use it and out the mattress on the floor, so not very comfortable.

Location front desk people and breakfast in the morning!!! And the Asian waitress lily (Imelda) valet parking!!! And filipino doorman breakfast was amazing!!!
The customer service on the restaurant very bad my wife and myself trying to get dinner but couldn’t!!! Just 2 hours waiting!!! Never get an accurate explanation about the situation!!! My wife was very upset!!! Even though we are staying at the hotel very bad !!! Do bad and we get our dinner at Cioppino’s restaurant!!! Like 10 blocks from the hotel!!! Wife was a little sick in other words!!! Very bad service pescatore bad experience!!! The rest was ok !!! Nor the restaurant!!!

Fisherman's Wharf is a good location to see the sights of San Francisco. Valet Parking staff a credit to the hotel. Very friendly.
Limited amenities in room. Room smelt as though previous guest had been smoking heavily. Toilet leaked onto floor.

We didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel unfortunately but it was well kept spaces and had some great home-like amenities I wish we had more time to enjoy. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
I specifically looked for a hotel with parking and this one said it had parking but really it only has valet for $65 per day or pay to public park. HOWEVER, a positive about it is that they will keep your car on checkout day until 5pm so you can continue exploring and come back for it.

Well located in North Beach, close to restaurants, a Trader Joe’s, Pier 39. The room was clean, quiet, nicely furnished and modern, with good quality toiletries and fluffy white towels. The reception staff allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than the schedule.
Pricey, but this is SF accomodation for you nowadays.
