Its location- very close to Fisherman’s wharf
No kettle in rooms so no opportunity to have an early morning cup of tea. Strange from my NZ-viewpoint. Yes there was coffee available in the reception area but you’d need to be up and dressed to have that.
Restaurant breakfast distinctly underwhelming- not much choice for the price

Great location, close to everything,
Hotel was well maintained and room was very nice.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was buffet style and was a rip-off for what we got. We had an early morning sight-seeing tour so thought that would be our best option given the time.

I really loved everything about it. From the super comfy beds to its amazing location.
The only thing I wish were different was the fact they turn off the lights and shut down heating in the outdoor area at 10pm.

The location was good, the bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels for four. The heating and cooling worked well too.
The bed settee was extremely uncomfortable for two children. It dipped in the middle badly and was very creaky. In fact we couldn’t use it and out the mattress on the floor, so not very comfortable.

Location front desk people and breakfast in the morning!!! And the Asian waitress lily (Imelda) valet parking!!! And filipino doorman breakfast was amazing!!!
The customer service on the restaurant very bad my wife and myself trying to get dinner but couldn’t!!! Just 2 hours waiting!!! Never get an accurate explanation about the situation!!! My wife was very upset!!! Even though we are staying at the hotel very bad !!! Do bad and we get our dinner at Cioppino’s restaurant!!! Like 10 blocks from the hotel!!! Wife was a little sick in other words!!! Very bad service pescatore bad experience!!! The rest was ok !!! Nor the restaurant!!!
