The game area was cool, nice place to game with your partner.
You charge for breakfast, but it wasn’t even a breakfast area. You just get bagel and coffee.. It would’ve been dope to know that

Guess services. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Eloisa. She alone pretty much made my stay there 5 star. She was quick and efficient. Got my room set up and ready. Told us about nearby places to eat. Asked what we were doing and suggested places to go to fit in with our trip. Great job Hotel Zetta.
Wish the bar was open sooner. Eloisa mentioned they have a great one but we just weren’t there when the opened or closed

I called ahead about parking and the valet cost and I was told something different than when I arrived, I was told it cost more. The front desk was very busy and I had to wait a long time to be helped. The shower door in my room slammed shut very loudly. I asked to change rooms as I was put in an interior room that had no exterior windows, just interior windows where 4 other rooms and the hallway could look in so you would have to keep the blinds shut.

room is big and layout is good. location is fairly convenient but there are too many homeless people outside.
The room smells bad especially when the restaurant is open. It exhausted into my room.

Close to medical! Great interior design. Friendly employees. Clean.
The room was boiling hot even with the air conditioner cranked. No parking as listed, but Valet available for a price. Nowhere to park and unload without being in the street.

Such a fun atmosphere. Really cool decor. Loved the upstairs game area.
Planks didn't work. My biggest complaint was that the bar in the lounge never opened and the restraint bar would not allow us to take our drinks to our room or out of their bar. I ordered a drink to the upstairs and had to chug it since I couldn't take it. That relationship could benefit better between the bar and hotel.

I hosted a party at the Phoenix hotel. They don’t have an air condition so I chose zetta. After my event, my wife went back to the room Keep in mind she was sleeping. She has five bags that’s open across the whole room . I came back to the room after 12 after I finished up my event and cleaning and the AC was not working. Nothing was working. It was completely dead. I called the hotel told him my situation they asked do I wanna move rooms? I said I’m not gonna pack up and wake my wife up. That’s very inconsiderate and rude of me to do to her if she’s already asleep so they brought me a fan the next day I asked for some type of refund because I slept very unwell. They said a manager will call me a manager has never called me yet nor did they try to offer me a discount and the price was more than what I booked it through bookings.com. It’s been about a week and I have gotten no call from these people. I’m baffled how rude they are and how inconsiderate they are and how they think it’s OK for what I went through shame on the management and shame on whoever hired them this is not right at all.

I was awakened at 8:45am to loud noises and repeated tapping, banging and clunking. When I realized it was the room next to mine I looked out the hallway and saw housekeeping in there working loudly. I called down to the front desk and was not pleased.

No self parking. There’s a parking garage 3 min walk away. Only has caller but even then it’s hard to get into the valet line bc it’s right next to busy street. Not much room to pull into valet

- great location, central
- if you need somewhere to sleep and shower this is a good choice
- toiletries provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- large desk so I could work
- no in-room coffee
- Chromecast didn't work for me
- phone didn't work for me to call the front desk so I had to dial on my phone
- a little pricey for what it was, as a solo traveler (could have been inflated due to concert)
