Good location if you want to be close to the wharf. Nice outdoor courtyard with hangout spaces. Nice lobby.
The rooms are outdated and the overall vibe is very dark. Shampoo was empty in our room. People screaming all night above us were very audible. I asked management to ask them to change rooms. They "took note" of this and then did nothing. In the end, my daughter and I had to change rooms instead, to avoid this screaming family (who I called security on as a wellness check). We had 2 rooms for 5 nights and are repeat customers so I expected better service. The new room was on 4th floor with great view, and less shabby. Original room (also our other room) was on 2nd floor and looked RIGHT OUT ON parking level, no way to even just have light curtain drawn during the day, due to privacy. We had to keep the dark curtain across. The room with just one bed smelled like feet so instead my husband and son stayed there (they didn't care) and I stayed with my daughter, which made communication during the stay difficult. They should not use these shabby rooms when the better ones are available, I had not asked for a bargain. Make sure you request higher floor or courtyard view or you will get stuck in the dark next to the cars. One elevator broken throughout the stay.

The location is PERFECT, walk ability of this location to many attractions and areas is spot on! We rented a car for only a couple days to venture further out but walked most days and took U er to and from the airport.
The elevator was broken, leaving long waiting times for the full stay. Front desk staff were not welcoming at all, it was as if checking in or out was me being an inconvenience to them.

The location. It’s literally 2 mins walk from Pier 39. It has an iHOP right below it so easy to grab breakfast too.
The parking is expensive, approx. 72 USD (including. taxes).

Great parking, and location. Didn't use, but has a game room and outdoor area with smores every night.
I didn't like that the bed was very hard and out of the shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hand soap and body soap bottles that they had, the only one that had anything in it was the hand soap. Everything else was empty. There were no trash bags in any of the garbage cans and the coffee was really gross. Also most hotels will have a couple packages of single make up remover towlettes and there was nothing.
