We’re currently staying at a hotel on Beach Street in San Francisco, and the location truly couldn’t be better. You walk right through the hotel’s restaurant and step out onto Fisherman’s Wharf literally right in front of the Ferris wheel. It’s such a fun and convenient spot to be, and only about a two-block walk to Pier 39.
The staff have all been kind, helpful, and genuinely sweet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable and adequate for what we needed.
Overall, a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of everything!
Every is great!
For me a little softer bed top would be nice. And they may even have one in the office I didn’t ask.

Fun property with fun decor. The outside area is nice and lively. They give you s’mores upon check-in to use at the fire pit.
Check-in took a long time. There was a line and two employees, but after a few minutes, one employee insisted upon taking her break. I felt like she could’ve stayed another 10 minutes to finish us all up.

Overall, we had a very pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. However, our final 1-night stay before departure was disappointing and did not match our initial experience. The room faced an open garage, the air conditioning was at bed level and uncomfortable, and ventilation was poor. The room was also quite small and noisy due to its proximity to the elevator. Considering the high price we paid for that night, we were not satisfied. It seems the overall experience can vary significantly depending on the room assigned.

Great location. Close to everything. Fun game room for the family. Fire pits outside and s’mores.
The rooms aren’t very soundproof so you hear every step the neighbors take.
