Location only. Nothing else
Gym is ridiculously poor. I didn't like it at all. No windows and extremely small. This is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was also extremely poor and quality below average

The waterfront view room would definitely take your breath away. It was right in front of the Bay Bridge and very near the Ferry Building. Everything screamed wellness in the hotel; it was beautifully decorated and also well thought out. I had the most amazing time just sitting by the window and enjoying the view, especially when you can see the sunrise, and that was pure magic!
Trying to give some constructive feedback but can not find any faults to be honest ;) It was a perfect stay!

The room was amazing and the view was spectacular!
I called prior to check-in, arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to check-in, and was notified that the prior guest in my room had a late check-out, so I would need to wait. It took about 1 hour after check-in for the room to be ready. They did state they would give a discount on the room since we needed to wait for check-in, but the refund has not been processed with booking.com, so now I need to call for the reimbursement.
