Overpriced room with gross stained carpet. The stain next to the bed looked so bad we put a towel over it.

Ideal location for baseball games. I stayed for 6 nights for baseball games. I thought that my hotel selection is very correct. Also, public transportation is close to visit spots.

The hotel is clean.
The bathroom door is transparent and it doesn’t close.
Big gaps on all the sides of the door.
Unfortunately, this made our experience totally uncomfortable.

I loved the rooftop it was great. I was on the first floor room 1 oh one it was okay.
Parking is expensive. My room had no view.

Hubby and I stay here often! We always stay at the VIA when watching the Giants play. So close to the yard, and always so clean. Staying here 3 times this month.

Location! Convenient to oracle park and restaurants in area . The rooftop bar/restaurant is nice with beautiful views and the hotel staff are hard working and very professional willing to do whatever possible to ensure your comfort is met.
Size of the room which was not what I had requested. Room 812 had no view unless you like staring at alleys and roof tops of adjacent buildings

Door to bathroom had glass that let light into room. Not sure why this is a feature and a bit bothersome when sleeping and someone used bathroom.
