It was great how close it is to the park! The only down fall it's very expensive and the rooms aren't anything special. The carpet looked warn out.
That fact I was charged 150 when I got to the hotel and another 90 for parking

Location was perfect for an event at Oracle Park. Good value for an expensive location.
The elevator went out, preventing us from using the Rooftop Bar for a small gathering we had planned.

the room was great
the food was mid. Lacking flavor and the roof top experience was not it!!! it was freezing and they stated they could not turn the outside heaters on because they had the plastic walls up. We waited well over an hour for our meal when it came out was barley warm. we just took it to our room. For the price we paid was disappointing. Also, dont bother eating at the bar/grill down stairs either we had the chicken wings and also the guac chip and dips and the other thing that was seasoned was the chips. Zero Stars!

Valet parking misplaced our keys and departure took over an hour but the hotel refunded my parking fees for that day without me even asking!

The VIA Breakfast was excellent! I always looked forward to it every morning. I also learned that I am a huge fan of Greek Yogurt, thanks to the tasty granola and berries option VIA had available.

The location was great. Right across from the ball park.
The staff treated us like an inconvenience from start to finish. The parking situation could not be worse and my attempts to resolve them were also treated like an inconvenience. The valet guys were nice but all of the women working in the hotel seemed bothered by any request for hospitality. At the price we paid, I would have thought we would be welcomed warmly. It seems as tho only the high end guests are welcome despite paying good money for our stay.

Very clean and very quiet hotel.
Staff we interacted with were very welcoming, kind and professional.
The beds were comfortable. Felt safe.
The in room coffee machine was not easy to use.
