Exceptionally friendly staff, I mean, truly exceptional. Rooms well kept, great pillows I stayed in executive suite with spacious layout and nice panaromic views. High quality furnishings Ultimately, overall, a good value. Not perfect, but you are getting a good deal.
The scent/mist going up the escalator, as well as between my floor.and lounge. Maybe this works for some people, but it smelt like bad cologne Major turnoff: product placement of various products in the room including outrageous prices on basic snacks, drinks in the small refrigerators. I travel for business often so I understand that I need to pay a premium, but these were unusually excessive and took the entire experience of the hotel down a notch. This made the hotel experience feel less premium as a result.
