I have stayed here many times the staff is great and the location is excellent The twin bed rooms are a little dated but very large and functional. We will be staying here again.
Hot water in the shower can get too hot and is sometimes hard to regulate properly.
The room could use more drawer space.

The staff was great, the location was just a couple of blocks from our show venue and convenient to many restaurants. The dining room was beautiful and the breakfast was better than expected.
NO parking, had to park our vehicle a couple of blocks away in a parking garage. However, this allowed us to discover many fun ways to get around including the driverless Waymo (which are everywhere and fast to pick you up) and the Muni.

Love the antique Victorian feel, the location was great, and the price was also good. I'd say I'd add a couple more options to their breakfast but the 24/7 free coffee bar was awesome. The rooms were small but charming, perfect for couples and were quiet. Water pressure was great!
My least favorite thing was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable (very old spring beds) so an update is needed on those.

They went above and beyond starting from the moment we walked into the room and had more than what I had ordered waiting for my wife and I. It was her birthday and they took care of everything I asked for.

The people above me making way too much noise at 2am one night. I think they were packing up and leaving but still they were stomping around like elephants. Please be quiet at this hotel the floors are old

Pleasant surroundings- nice to have linens and plates - typical “white bread - American diet”all carbohydrates!
