Room was large, well appointed, and full of light.. Location is relatively quiet, but within easy walking distance to many dining and shopping options.
I should have asked them to not use a room deodorizer when I booked. I don't like artificial scents. Once I aired out the room, it was fine, and there were not other smells that needed masking.

The facility was beautiful! It was all around clean. The hospitality staff were present, pleasant & ready to assist!
Parking. There was no parking available on site. 8-10 minute walk away from facility. Not safe to walk at night.

Great location. Felt safe. Free bottled water and 24 hour coffee/tea station. Room was spacious and very clean. 2 TVs in room. Would stay here again if needed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast consisted of bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, orange juice, orange slices, diced watermelon, bananas, apples and waffle maker.

Hotel Majestic is officially my go-to hotel whenever I’m in San Francisco. If you appreciate Victorian history, this property is an absolute must-stay; it captures that classic SF vibe perfectly with its authentic 'Victorian Era' atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made the stay seamless. I particularly loved starting my mornings in the gorgeous dining room for breakfast and ending my evenings at the cocktail bar, which has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. It feels like stepping back in time without sacrificing comfort.
I have yet to dislike anything from the hotel. Parking is an issue, but I contribute that more to the city than the property.

Comfortable and quaint. Liked the free breakfast and that water was always available
The maid came to our room the first day and I told her to come back a little later. She didn’t clean the room that day . The next day when we were at breakfast she came in when we had the do not disturb sign out on the door and was cleaning when we got back . My husband had to go downstairs to use the bathroom and then she didn’t leave any soap and took the old bar.

Hotel has alot of interesting history and the decor was fitting for its history . Jsy was very knowledgeable.
Parking within a block of hotel also told that the public parking garages have a closing time. Very pricing to park in the only lot open over 10 blocks away.

A charming, historic boutique hotel with character and helpful staff, ideal for a pleasant stay in San Francisco.
Pretty close to Japan town which has lots of food options.

Beautiful room with canopy bed, fireplace and claw foot tub. Very spacious. It was so lovely to stay in a hotel that had heritage and personality
Television was impossible to work.. finely I just gave up. Enjoyed the room and read a book.
