We were upgraded to a king bed room. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Even though it was by the elevator, the room was very quiet. The breakfast rolls and coffee were excellent. Public transportation was close and convenient.

The hotel was well-appointed for the price point. The staff is excellent and the pastries in the morning were surprisingly good. Hotel employee helped me settle in and was a huge help!
The rooms were inconsistently appointed but that was somewhat understandable given the age. So expect things like some rooms may have a fridge and some may not.

We have stayed here many times over the years but sad to see quality of the hotel deteriorating over time.
The recent (I guess you might call them upgrades) are not great and workmanship is also not great. I dont think we will be staying at this property any longer.

Parking was non existent and when they sent me to an underground lot my truck wouldnt fit so I had to find surface parking

Location was great - super close to both the company office and the waterfront, as well as BART. Shower water pressure was strong and the bath products were nice. Even though the room was small it was thoughtfully designed.
I wish the breakfast items could have included something a bit more substantial - the pastries and coffee were good but I needed to get breakfast elsewhere!7
