Another great stay at Hotel Bohème! I love North Beach and this is the perfect hotel to enjoy the neighborhood. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are adorable with a vintage charm, and the free sherry in the afternoon is a sweet touch. You can walk to all the best restaurants and bars in North Beach easily from here. Highly recommend. :)

Great location in the middle of North Bay area. Characterful room, clean and smart period decoration. Lots of excellent places to eat around the hotel.
Bit of a pain getting bags up and down to reception as there is no lift, but we knew about this in advance and there was help available. Worth it for the experience.

location of Hotel Boheme is amazing and right in North Beach with amazing restaurants, shops, parks and coffee. They offered to hold our bags as we arrived at 7am so the customer service was amazing. Multiple bus stops within a couple of minutes walking and easy to use the 3 day Muni visitor pass. We walked from Market/Montgomery and only really took us 30mins of a gentle walk with a coffee stop on the way. No steep hills of note but just a good incline for the last 300m. Fishermans Wharf is also a 20-25min walk but thats basically downhill all the way. No need to walk really with so many transport options nearby
it didnt affect us, but if you travel with many bags, there is a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception to navigate. Not a problem in the world for any able bodied person but if elderley, youmay need to let them know to assist you with the bags. The customer service we received was excellent so it wouldnt be a problem for them

Location is perfect, middle of North Beach. Staff was very pleasant and room was clean.
Room was small, view was rooftops, and next door washer/dryer started to rock the room at 9am. Note we were informed that this would occur but had no good options to move to different room.
