Location is perfect, middle of North Beach. Staff was very pleasant and room was clean.
Room was small, view was rooftops, and next door washer/dryer started to rock the room at 9am. Note we were informed that this would occur but had no good options to move to different room.

Everything! It’s our Go-To hotel when we visit SF. So charming and in the most perfect location in North Beach (Little Italy). Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Coit Tower and Washington Square.
No AC, so on a warm night (which isn’t that frequent in SF) you can use the fan in the room but we had to get creative with plugging it in so we could actually feel the air.

Great location, so close to great restaurants and bars. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Bed was incredibly comfortable.
Not a lot to report. Place was really clean and comfortable. Only stairs which is awkward but the staff were kind enough to help with bags etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the location was great.
The stairs were challenging and I would not recommend this hotel for older persons. There is also no a/c and so on warm days the room was stuffy.

Great location for transport, between China Town and the Italian area. Nice restaurants and cafes around. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No lift. Reception on the first floor.
