All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable! Awesome stay, this will be my go to hotel in SF!!!

Customer service was above beyond. All staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Complimentary champagne, cider, and water was a welcome surprise upon arrival. Clean rooms and very comfortable pillows. Breakfast was a bit slow getting to our table, but the food was delicious. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar was a plus. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Adagio!
Remove the mini fridge with the overpriced snacks and drinks and replace with a fridge that can actually be used. A separate mini fridge to place your food/drinks can be brought to your room upon request.

Amazing staff, food and bar. My husband and I had a great weekend. It was walking distance to a lot of great things such as the cable car turn around that can take you to Fisherman's Wharf or Ghirardelli Square. Highly recommend eating breakfast there because it was so good. The staff was absolutely amazing along with the bartenders. Definitely coming back here if I plan another quick get away to the city!

Warm reception upon arrival, a clean hotel and room, lovely Christmas lobby decor and music, a very comfortable bed, a quiet non-smoking room, and easy access to city attractions.
No coffee maker or electric kettle in the room, the heater did not warm the room sufficiently, the breakfast had limited variety with a repetitive menu (we expected a buffet), and the TV had no access to YouTube, Netflix, or similar apps.

The location was just right down from Union Square. Lots to do without having to drive anywhere. Rooms were nice & comfy. All the staff were great & very attentive….. A extra shout out to the staff for the bday set up in our room, he loved it!!!
The fan in bathroom is loud, & my sink seemed to be clogged. Room 800.

The location was great! We could walk to union square and felt safe for the most part. There were a few homeless addicts on the way back at night, but they minded their own business. Great value for the closeness to major shopping.
We had a couple of issues in the room. The TV, on some channels sounded like the speakers were blown and unbearble to listen to. We called the front desk who sent a technician. He listened and said there was nothing he could do. No offer to change rooms or anything. Also, there was a drawer that wouldn't stay closed. Looked like they knew it because there was a piece of velcro to try to keep it closed....didn't work. Then the toilet paper holder broke. All in all, not a huge deal but noted. The TV was the biggest issue.
