The breakfast was awesome, staff (Chris and Anastasia) were wonderful, room was nice and clean, just a totally great stay! Very walkable location with bars nearby.
Some of the surrounding streets were a little sketch, but that comes with being in the city.

Well kept hotel with friendly staff.
Location is in a part of town you do not want to walk around in. Breakfast is said to be included in booking but it’s really just a $15 credit to their restaurant which is overpriced.

Breakfast was tasty and included in our stay. We could grab free bottled water at the reception, and even champagne was included, plus a cable car ticket. Every day we got a $15 credit for food or drinks, which we sometimes used as a tip. The location is right in the center, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is old but nicely modernized. All in all, a really pleasant stay!
The hotel is in a central spot, though there are quite a few homeless people nearby. That’s a broader issue in San Francisco and not related to the hotel itself. Since we always used Uber for pick-up right at the entrance, it wasn’t really a problem for us.

Very attentive staff all-around, great to have bellhop service, spacious room, clean premises and nice design.
The location was questionable, not safe to walk around at night,in my opinion. For over night guests the parking shoupd be included or discounted to pay 50%, too expensive in my opinion for open air parking.

Great location, big convenient room
Complicated process with breakfast. We had to order each time our meal for the breakfast from the menu and waiting until the waiter will bring it. Sometimes waiting time was around 20-30 minutes, however we were in hurry and had to leave hotel quickly in the morning. Much more convenient when you pick up what you want as it’s usually done in other hotels, so you are not depended on waiters, e.t.c. Also I didn’t understand why for each breakfast we had to give tips, when it’s just usual service included in the hotel breakfast booking.

Staff is great, some of the electronics in room are dated (we didn't have a smart TV for example) but the room was clean, smelled fresh and the staff really made it a winner. They make you feel like you're on vacation and go out of their way to help you have a great stay.
Refresh the in room electronics, that is literally it. The room was great, the breakfast was good, the bar was great. The STAFF IS SO GREAT HERE!

Convenient, close to everything
Then I had to wait so long for my breakfast. The weight staff took our drink order and didn’t come back for like 20 minutes. Each time.
