Location nice, close to Union sq, and totally safe. Free coffee all the time in the lobby, We got free Cable car tickets, free drink every day, and bonus fee to use it at the restaurant. So, it it worth the money we paid.
Breakfast could have been better. Not that is not good, but somehow I expected more offers, instead of getting one coffee, one glass of juice, and mostly tacos and burrito from the meni early in the morning.

The staff - Milly, Gloria, Gabriel and Francisco all took great care of is just for our 1 night in town. Amazing!

Location was very good. 2-3 blocks to get on the trolley. Beautify decor, well maintained, excellent staff.
I think booking.com should highlight the fact that Parking was not free. I thought parking was quite expensive.
