Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was great.
I had to get my room key re-activated twice. The room is clean, but just feels old. The curtains, blinds are awful. The bathroom spigot is terrible with bad water flow. Giving flavor water instead of regular water is a bad option. All of the doors are not made for travelers. There's nothing worse than when you try to open a door at a hotel and it's near impossible to get your luggage in before it closes on you - front door, and room door.

The location is central although very close to the Tenderloin, which is an area to avoid at all times, day/night. If I had to rebook my stay in San Francisco, I’d probably chosen another area
The hotel staff is amongst the most unfriendly and inattentive I’ve encountered in hospitality, on the verge of rude, really. The hotel and rooms need to be modernized, the walls are extremely thin so it feels like your neighbors/people on the corridor are inside your room and I was unfortunate enough to be given a room right next to the elevators, so I could hear the noise everytime someone called it
