Excellent location! Every staff member extremely accommodating and friendly. Will store luggage before check in and text when room is ready. Loved the record player in the room- nice touch!

Disappointing
The hotel was nice and the bartender was friendly-room looked nice when we entered- but in the morning we did not have a coffeemaker and I woke up with notes near my navel, sides and back- definitely not happy with that! I wa on room 217 and will contact hotel tomorrow. I’ve been on the road all day. Noticed more notes when I got home!

Kimpton Alton is well situated at the Fisherman’s Wharf, great to get around easily. Hotel is lovely, comfortable rooms.

Beds were super comfortable, staff were great, super helpful and the overall ambience and vibe of the hotel is very nice. Perfect location, best place to stay in SF.
The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced. Breakfast was so expensive, price is disproportionate to portion size.
