Front desk staff were extremely accommodating and personable. It was convenient to have both a restaurant and a shop in the lobby. Fitness center and pool are nice features
Hallways/corridors weren't heated. We were on the same floor as the pool, with our slider opening to pool deck...felt less private to have curtains open.

Everything was fine , I enjoyed the stay.
The air conditioning unit was next to the bedhead and you could not turn it on because of that, the air will blast on you face.

Receptionists at the lobby were not very professional. One of them didn't find my reservation on a first attempt and didn't try any further to look for it, just told me that it was not there with no further check, so I had to leave for some time. When I came back the second receptionist found it without problems giving the same data i gave at the beginning.
I paid for the parking pass but they didn't give me the ticket when they gave me the keys. When trying to enter the parking lot I found out my room key didn't open so I had to get one ticket and pay 16 dollars when exiting even if i had already paid the parking pass. Later the receptionist said the would reimburse the 16 dollars but i think the ticket for the parking could be given together with the hotel keys and explain it better.
