Loved locations, and I loved the employees at the big bus booking stand, so helpful. The guest service was not. Also when I booked i was to get a room upgrade of 2 beds, I didn’t get that! Was very disappointed when traveling with friends you do not want to share a bed. But the guys at big bus tour were very helpful. And also the kitchen/bar.

The size of the bed was enormous.
Reception staff were really friendly and helpful including a left luggage facility.
The area the hotel is in is very safe and has great connections to Fisherman's Warf etc via a bus stop outside.
There is also a cable car stop less than a 5min walk away on California which will take you into the central area.
Our room was next to an elevator shaft so we constantly heard them going up and down all night.
The room definitely needs updating but for the price paid it was fine.
$200 was pre authorised on my card on check in, which I'm still awaiting to be returned a week later after check out.

Three receptionists on the night were not very good at providing professional custom service for hotel, bad service and bad tone in speaking.
I went to reception for tooth brush set, a male receptionist was working in the front, but he said he was not working and told me to wait for his colleague. After a short wait, a female receptionist gave me tooth paste without tooth paste, I asked again for tooth paste. My partner then asked for a piece of bandage, the receptionist responded no bandage in the hotel, n instructed us to buy it on our own. We reminded her that the hotel should have first aid kit with bandages, so she called to line and told us to wait in the lobby. After a wait, I went up to the receptionist making a suggestion that they could send us the bandage to our room rather than keep us waiting for long in the lobby. The entire service arrangement is not pleasant and not professional for hotel management.
The room we stayed is next to the lift, super noisy n could not sleep at all. That room should not be provided to customers.

Only 2 from 4 people included in the price of breakfast. The rest 38 USD each. Also the parking costs 55 USD per night. So for a family of 4 131 USD more per night.
Very unpleasant smell in the room.

It’s in the city centre with a short distance to the tourist spots. Some nice eateries around, with a self parking garage convenient for drive in.
Rooms are reasonably spacious for a family.
