Parking was in a garage on site and only $25
It was a nice room but we were right beside the elevator and the toilet ran all night. Also I requested 2 beds and got only one.

The bed was very comfortable. The city views were beautiful. Courteous staff. Room was very clean. Great location close to where we had appointments. Late checkout was also a great perk.
I assumed our room would have a microwave and it did not. I thought that was a standard item in a hotel room. Also our room was behind/beside the elevators and it sounded like a roller coaster all night. Not extremely loud but continuous sound. Almost like white noise once I got used to it. Overall it's a very nice hotel with alot of other amenities that we just didnt use on this trip.

Updated rooms and spaces, safe area walking distance to breakfast places, great extended market (larger than typical) to buy snacks/ food easily. Parking is safe in covered garage with easy in/out.
Breakfast was not included and was expensive. Does not have an option for 2 queens and pullout but this would help families with kids

Roger the bartender was fantastic! Good drink selection. The lobby was nice and bright.
Expensive parking, and $100 deposit which was not made clear online nor the fact that the
continental breakfast is not included
$35 per person for breakfast, even for kids!!
Pool closes at 8pm
Room smelled and wasn't very clean. Hair on shower curtain, ceiling, floor. Coffee maker only brewed about 2-3 ounces even with a full reservoir.

Wonderful
We've stayed here before. The hotel is convenient to all parts of the city, and since we arrive by car and have the car with us, we don't need to be downtown. Increasingly, there are good restaurants and attractions within walking distance (Polk St. is blossoming, and SF Music City is only two blocks away).
Only two complaints. 1. Fifty dollars a day for parking onsite was a lot. It seems to have gone up since our last visit, and diminishes the value of staying here. 2. We had room 1406--lovely view from the 14th floor, but right next to the elevator shaft which sounded a little like a subway car going by in the night.
