House keeping brought up towels when needed
The room wasn’t clean, the front desk barely answered the phones. They also couldn’t tell me how to get to the garage.!!!? Like don’t you work here.? Is insane they also kept

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. The free breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Well stocked and kept clean. Lots of space to sit down and enjoy it. I also appreciated being able to keep my luggage there after check-out until our ride to the airport arrived. They offered to arrange transportation to the airport which was very nice, however I declined as I had already booked my ride.
Knowing the location ahead of time I was prepared for noise, however I didn't consider that the f streetcar line would run directly outside my window and comes by every 15ish minutes. Some nights as late as 1am. I was also on the first floor and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. One night people walking past were even tapping on the windows.
I also have to mention cleanliness, because for me that is my number one priority. There was soap scum in all corners of the tub and soap dish, which would indicate a lack of detail pretty consistently as soap scum doesn't show up overnight. It takes quite a while to build up. There was also something which I could not identify around the tub spout, the shower curtain smelled so badly of mildew that it's all I could smell in the bathroom. One of the towels had something red and sticky on it. Also, the bed sheets were clean, but smelled of scented detergent, which is strange when so many people (my family included) are sensitive to scented detergent. The cleaning staff did not refill my coffee the first night, but did the second. I do want to mention that whoever cleaned my room the second night did a much more efficient job then the first.

Location in relation to The Warf area couldn't be better. Breakfast was typical but was well maintained. Room was comfortable.
It would be nice if they provided a pet exercise area. Grassy area is a couple blocks away so doable.

Proximity to the pier 27. The free breakfast was nice.
The room was REALLY small. We were having to move our luggage whenever we had to move around the room. The breakfast got crowded FAST since everyone was going to the ship that day.
