Great location near Fishermans wharf,secure parking for a fee, our family room was great, free coffee and tea, and a nice buffet breakfast. Management and staff nothing was too much trouble

Location is great, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is daily changing selections. Classic American Breakfast.
A/C unit in room is very noisy like a truck working in your room. It does it's job but very noisy. Sometimes we woke up to the noise and turned it off.

We've stayed at several places down in Fisherman's Wharf. This is in a good location for touristy stuff. Got the room for a decent enough price so I guess my expectations should be ... lowered.
I've never stayed on the first floor of a hotel... until here. Although one of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time, so maybe that was a blessing in disguise. We had a 'view' of an interior building roof (I think of the basement). The room felt dark and dingy and clearly hadn't been updated in many many years. No free waters, coffee, tea, bathroom supplies, anything. We missed breakfast by 10min; apparently it ends at 9:30. Still pretty upset about that considering that was one of the main reasons I booked here. My fault I suppose.

the location is perfect if you visit as a tourist as the Hotel is literally 2 blocks from Fishermen's Warf and all the popular piers. There is also a city bus that stops around the corner, which will take you directly to the Golden Gate bridge. I also liked the fact that they offer parking (valet only, but can go in/out if needed) - but it was pretty pricy. Rooms were quet and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items and was very popular amongst guests.
it was 4 of us in the room and we all agreed that the pillows were way too hard. When I stay in different hotels they usuallly offer a choice of softer and harder pillows. We had no choice. we all had a neck pain after 2 days.
I just praised the breakfast set up, but the coffee situation was a bit frustrating. The concept of machines grinding its own coffee for each cup is great, but pretty slow & one machine was broken both days, so there was always a line. Also (sorry to say that) the towels smelled kind of unfresh like they were not properly washed.

Super easy to walk to the wharf. We felt safe in this areas as two female travelers. Friendly staff, clean hotel!

Everything is so clean
The valet doesn't always have someone there. Came out to leave and there was a sign that said back in 10 mins.
