The location was not too bad.
The place was extremely old and dirty and full of sick or shady people. There was no air condition or fan and the room smelled really bad. The place was located near the skid row, so one has to be careful which areas he walks into, especially at night. Also, they lied about available parking. There is no parking and you have to pay out of your own pocket to park across the street and it is going to cost you as much as your room. Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone, unless there are no other options.

I loved the friendly vibe, and also the amenities. The kitchen was perfect and included pots ,pans, plates bowls and utensils for use. Very modern kitchen and very clean. Loved it.
Only thing I think I didn’t like was how hot my room was. A fan or AC unit would fix that. Other than that it was great.

The hostel organises lots of activities and there is plenty of information about the city plans/leisure. The hostel lounge is quite nice
We could not make the shower work properly. The room smelled a bit humid.

I stayed at this hostel and unfortunately found several areas that really need improvement. The bathrooms and showers were not well maintained and could have been much cleaner, which made using them quite uncomfortable. The beds also lacked working power outlets, which is an inconvenience for travelers. The sheets did not fit properly and kept slipping off during the night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the hygiene and upkeep fell short of what I would expect, and I think with better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the hostel could offer a much better experience.

World class hostel. Place to be if you're stopping by in SF!
Great comfy rooms, awesome atmosphere and really well-organized. Staff was resolutive every single time. Common areas are super clean. Furniture and design are great and makes you feel comfy and cozy.
Everything was spot on. It's clear they matter about guest experience, thought about it, and solved everything perfectly.

Hostel was clean and had nice facilities. We only stayed one night, but it got the job done.
The elevator was not working, but the staff did clearly communicate that ahead of time.
