The location is close to the main streets and very accessible.
The bed was comfortable and the linen clean and fresh.
A laundry room? Frankly that’s amazing !
A large choice of amenities, rooms to relax, to do some yoga or just chill!
The noise in the corridor during the night was terrible
The late check in at 3 pm when you are tired from a trip and you need to wait for at least 9 hours to lay down is not good.

The 1 room en suite was amaaaazing. Bed was comf, internet was fast, good water pressure, endless hot water. Clean. Perfect for an extended layover or if you want to be in the city and just need a room to yourself but don't want to spend more than 100$ a night

Location, room and facilities. During my stay,they are fixing elevator so I need to carry luggage by my own. Luckily, the staff helped me also to move my luggage to my room on 4th flr.

Everything, people at the shared coach room or the kitchen, breakfast and helpful people at the desk. Walking distance from moscone and nice restaurants

Clean room, access to major sightseeings and transportation
It mentions that it has parking and appears as an option in booking.com, when the relevant filter is applied. However, uppon arrival, they suggest a private parking opposite the hotel, which is not free. They offer a voucher, but still you have to pay 35$ per day for the parking.

During this time of the year, it's really difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel room. Since I was on a budget, I chose this booking, although I was a little nervous to stay in a hostel, as I had never stayed in one in the US. However, the hotel itself felt really safe and clean and I am happy that I ended up staying here!
The room was a little noisy in the morning (there was construction going on outside) but for the price and location, I don't feel like I am able to complain :)
