Good location
The rooms are extremely small. Like comically small. I am also upset because it said indoor pool but when you get there they USA the YMCA next door. That’s fine but it closed at 5Pm Saturday and is closed Sunday which is the two nights we were there so never got to use it

Free bike use , pet friendly, they gave my dog treats , they gave free water bottles , they have YMCA access when OPEN and free wine time at 5 . Some rooms have views of the bridge and San Francisco Bay
I guess I’m not used to vallet parking , so calling and waiting for my car was a new experience. But they were fast ,at most I think I waited 12 minutes

I liked the location and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
It was too expensive for what it really offers and I was expecting something totally different, the hotel room was really small, facing a roof with a lot of tubes making noise all night. I was excited to go but it was so underwhelming once I got there. The TV couldn’t get connected to Netflix or any other platform.

Breakfast was okay. It was nice to have coffee, pastries, yogurt and fruit available each morning.
The happy hour was also great.
These events made it easy to meet other guests and added to the friendly atmosphere of the hotel.
The staff (Diana and Carlos) were absolutely wonderful!
The decaf coffee wasn’t very good, but I appreciated the fact that the staff tried to accommodate me.

Staff was very helpful and amenities were great. I received good value for the relatively low price paid.
BathRoom was a bit small (European size) with a tiny sink and tub, but I knew thus beforehand so can’t blame them.

Fantastic view of San Francisco waterfront if you have water side room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast.
One line for both pastries and drinks. This should be broken into 2 parts so people can get coffee or juice separately from pastries. People getting coffee and juices took a long time and pastry area had no one most of the time because of all the time people spent on pouring coffees adding milk etc.

The breakfast was simple but convenient. The wine tasting was great. We enjoyed meeting other hotel guests at these events. Every staff member was welcoming and accommodating! We especially want to recognize Diana and Carlos for going above and beyond in helping us with our questions and requests!
We are so glad we booked a room with a view! The hotel is also very convenient to all types of restaurants and stores. It was the perfect home away from home during our four nights there!
The decaf coffee could have been better.
