Location was great. The Embarcadero subway station is just down the road, Pier 39 is walking distance and there’s plenty of food options nearby.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I thought they did a fantastic job during our stay.
One other thing that was great was that the hotel had bikes that were free to use which saved us a bit on renting. We were able to bike to battery centre viewpoint across the Golden Gate Bridge and take in a lot of the city.
Breakfast was decent and the hotel is also connected to the YMCA which is also free to use. Overall, I couldn’t say enough about this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.

close to the ferry building
paid amenity fees per night they offered ymca access which was nice but the wine hour had the very cheapest wine for 39 a day I do not think it’s worth it

The room was comfortable and stylish, the staff was exceedingly welcoming and helpful, and the price was good for the location. Being next door to the YMCA is another bonus.

Centrally located to everything! Walking distance to Oracle park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and was able to let us check in early.

Cute boutique hotel, clean, good location.
I asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator, I got exactly that. The trade off, terrible view, come to think of it, no view at all. A wall of the neighboring building. But! Very quiet, allowing for a great night sleep. Room is smallish, good for a solo traveler.

Location is great. Restaurants next door and within walking distance. Pool and gym access at the YMCA. The staff was excellent. Rene checked us in and he was wonderful. Janelle checked us out and she was amazing. Although it was only one overnight we felt excited about our stay. It was our 1st anniversary and they welcomed our stay with a box of chocolates and bottle of bubbly. I couldn’t be more thrilled with that experience. So thank you for that.
