Hotel was very cozy, room was small but super clean with comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast:great selection of tasty pastry, fresh fruit and juice and very good coffee. Perfect location, close to all public transportation. We enjoyed the stay.

Location.
Charged hidden fees at check in. Payed extra for city view room that faced a wall of rooms. Breakfast was absolute junk,better at motel 6. Free 2 hour cocktail hour is grandma wine for an hour. Pool broken forever. Staff is not union and could care less.

Wonderful
The location was perfect near by the Chase Center which is where we were seeing a concert. The staff was very nice and helpful and the valet was a plus. We did not request a "good view" so our view was just of other buildings. Not complaining.
I ice bucket was very small and the smell outside of the hotel.

This beautiful hotel is placed in very peaceful area, short walk from the touristic attraction Pier39. Staff was always very kind and helpful, very recommend this place.

Location. very close to Ferry building and many transportation. The gates are locked and can be accessed with guest room key. The hotel amenities include many perks, from complimentary breakfast, wine hour, coffee, bike, etc.
Don't expect breakfast too much. Just some pastries, juice, and coffee are offered.

Location is great. Staff in general were polite. Hotel employee at the reception was helpful and kind.
Breakfast is Pathetic!!!! There was coffee, muffins, apples and bottled juice. That's it!!!.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes . Free gym. Breakfast was ok. They were serving wine between 5 and 6 pm, which was completely different and nice.
Valet parking was super expensive.

Convenient location, nothing else
Plenty. Stench throughout hotel halls and rooms, poor air circulation, condensation on windows after every night. Poor breakfast offer. Sleepless nights on account of humid air and outside AC noise. Charge for bottled water in the room (10 USD)
