Disappointing
We’ve stayed here many times and it’s has been inconsistent. I prepaid for a waterfront room and it is really the only reason we stay here. I would never book another room type because they’re small and there is no view at all. It’s cramped. When we went to check in they said we are sorry we overbooked and there are no waterfront rooms available. So they put us in a room we didn’t ask for or pay for. They did comp the valet but only after inquiry. We won’t stay here again as my trust is broken that we won’t be getting the room we book and pay for. Without the ocean and bay bridge view, this hotel is not worth it. We will stay at 1 Hotel down the street from now on. The staff were nice though and apologetic.
Inconsistency. Rooms are small and uncomfortable if not the waterfront. No charging capability for phone. Had to have full block and cord and outlet access scarce.

Location and the historic building look and feel.

Beautiful hotel, with a nice breakfast, location and excellent access to the neighboring YMCA.
The room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but it was otherwise comfortable.

We had to change rooms to one with bay view. The first room was dark and a bit clammy. Not really enjoyable to stay in. The room with the bay made the stay INCREDIBLE. Wonderful staff too.
Breakfast food is not the best.

Friendly staff, excellent location
Free breakfast was just muffins, fruit & coffee in the reception area to help yourself. It was nice but not really what we expected

Hotel was very nice and comfy . Love the fact they got the restaurants next door and partner with ymca . So you can go workout and go to the pool during your stay.

Location, clean, good style
Room was so small for the price & the photos made it look much bigger.
Staff weren’t warm or very friendly. It wasn’t that they were unhelpful, we just expected friendlier or more welcoming staff
