Good location and walking distance to union square. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice also.
Our room was facing a busy street and was a bit noisy at times from traffic.

Hotel is very close to a lot of good store for shopping, good restaurants, public transportation, and there are many things within walking distance. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Parking is honestly perfect with vale and an extra $18 after check out. Room was clean. Dim lighting but we love dim lighting. Little to no unhoused people in this part of the city. Felt safe with my family here.
No mini fridge and our view was of construction.

The location is exceptional for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond. They really did a fantastic job.
The facilities are very old, and everything is considerably worn. But OK, can live with that for the price. It was the smell, though. Imagine the smell of a pile of wet clothes left in a plastic bag for 2 days. That's what it smelled like in the room. Luckily, it was warm outside even at night, so I just kept the window open. But it still felt like the opposite of fresh.
