Clean, down town, breakfast was excellent.
The room was so small you barely had room for your suitcase. There was a homeless man between the lobby door and the outside door sleeping and quivering. Front desk guy came out and tried to move him and he couldn’t wake. I’m not sure what happened there because our car came and we were gone all day.

Staff. Caucasian lady who works front desk at night is very rude I noticed them talking about us and laughing in the room when the other employee went back to tell her we need our car.
She is very impatient and make us feel uncomfortable. We felt discriminated against because we did not have our parking ticket. We don’t know why her approach and attitude seemed irritated.
Also the valet parking attendant ruined a tire and scraped our back tire which wasn’t like that before. Careless with handling vehicle.

Stayed here for one night. Property was across the street from SF Chronicles. If you have a vehicle, they have valet for $75 a night. Staff was very nice. Hotel and bedroom was overall very clean and my boyfriend was happy there was a tv in the room because he got to watch a NFL football game. They also provide hot breakfast. I would stay here again when I visit San Francisco!
