Staff. Caucasian lady who works front desk at night is very rude I noticed them talking about us and laughing in the room when the other employee went back to tell her we need our car.
She is very impatient and make us feel uncomfortable. We felt discriminated against because we did not have our parking ticket. We don’t know why her approach and attitude seemed irritated.
Also the valet parking attendant ruined a tire and scraped our back tire which wasn’t like that before. Careless with handling vehicle.

Stayed here for one night. Property was across the street from SF Chronicles. If you have a vehicle, they have valet for $75 a night. Staff was very nice. Hotel and bedroom was overall very clean and my boyfriend was happy there was a tv in the room because he got to watch a NFL football game. They also provide hot breakfast. I would stay here again when I visit San Francisco!

Very cordial and pleasant people working
The bathroom was really dirty….. is not in a very good are m.,, A lot of homeless, drugs in the are and no parking , you will need to pay at least $50 for public parking for you to stay the night add that to your stay or Valet parking $75 night.

I got charged 65 dollars for valet and 9.10 for parking tax when I didnt come with a vehicle at all,I came via lyft
Those two employees in the night that I first check in were incompetent in charging me that when I told them,that I came by myself with no vehicle.some lady this morning is gonna request to take off the charge for it

While location is right at downtown and walkable to a lot of tourist spots - walking specially on your own, is not advisable, the area is quite unsafe.

It was surprisingly quiet and secure once you were in and registered
Room was very small…as was bathroom. No place to put suitcase. Breakfast wasn’t being kept up…only one omelette was available when we were there at 7:30….it did get refreshed 15 min later though. I had requested a shower chair for my husband but had to call front desk for it when we arrived (it was brought up quickly though!) electrical outlets only on one side of bed.
