I am handicapped and came for a slew of appointments at UCSF. I have to drive 4 hours to get to SF. I needed a late check in and was concerned about the possibility of not getting a space since I can not walk much distance. The manager saved a space for me in front and put me in an ADA room on the ground floor. She was lovely & kind & helpful & I will be a regular now!
Pillows were a bit too firm for my taste, but hey, clean room, no smells, great location & pillows are very personal, I should probably travel with one of mine.

The rooms were outdated. The floors are peeling and warped. The shower stall had mold. The mattress was too stiff for my liking. Woke up in the middle of the night with a sever back ache. Very small room for the price. To me this was a 50 or 60 dollar night hotel.
