Location is fabulous. Easy walk to Marina, Cow Hollow, Union Street shops, dining, bars. Clean rooms. Great bed and shower. Coffee!

It was very loud, but I don’t blame the inn since the location is within the city. The room was not soundproof because I heard upstairs residence walking around and talking at night.

The location was excellent. Neema was very helpful with an early check in. She directed us to a great spot at tunnel top to wait for our room. Quiet for its location.

Great value motel in a convenient location close to restuarants and laundromat. Lady on reception was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. No breakfast but pastries and juices freely available.
Parking could be a bit tight if busy.

The location was good and the hotel receptionist was very accommodating and gave us a slightly better room. We were also given a half hour extension to check out.

I didn't even get to stay there. The lady canceled my reservation started yelling at me the minute I walked in. Very disrespectful and rude. I would never ever rent there. I would never ever recommend it. Literally the worst place. The worst people disrespectful even had to have the cops come
I didn't like everything. Everything sucked. She was horrible. They even had the cops come because she would not refund me my money after disrespecting me and yelling at me
