The room was on the smaller side but ideal for two! Perfect for a couple that just needs a place to stay while being out and about. There was fairly a good amount of parking as well, we lifted to our destination so we had a parking spot saved. The hotel was also walkable distance to plenty of stores too! We were able to walk to Walgreens and a ramen restaurant. The staff was nice when we checked in, gave us destinations, emphasized the parking and hotel room, etc. Everything else was good! We utilized the fridge and microwave, shower was interesting as well but worked great, bed was comfy, etc. I couldn’t make any complaints!
The only thing is the area was a busy spot! Outside was quite loud in the morning but we knew what we were signing up for! Nothing about the hotel/ room was bad though!

Staff were lovely.
Venue was close enough to walk to everything.
We were in a downstairs room.
The beds were hard.
Our complaint about here is that we hardly slept. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants tap dancing all night. Obviously, there's no soundproofing in the floor. People arguing outside our room through the night.
The fire station is beside the hotel at the side and were going out with siren's going all night.
We noticed that staff had been in our room during the day to empty bins even though we asked that they didn't.
None of this is the staff or owners fault, but I felt like we spent a lot of money for bag storage while we were there. We were supposed to be relaxing but ended up being exhausted due to lack of sleep.

Not being able to deposit the deposit with a mobile credit card. We were told it was a California law, but it was the only place they wouldn't accept it. They made us go for cash.

Great place to stay! It’s in a center of the city and they have free parking with cameras. Room was clean and and looked exactly as on a picture. Neighbourhood was safe. Staff were friendly and warned us about not leaving anything in a car.

*No luggage storage, which costs us $37 extra to store our luggage externally for half a day
*Zero noise isolation. You hear everything from the noisy street and from the room next door
*No breakfast, only coffee tea+prepacked pastries that you need to eat on your bed. No beeakfast room, no yoghurt/fruit/toast

The hotel is offering a stay in San Francisco for a reasonable price. Parking is available on site on a first-come first-served basis. For us, the parking was always possible. Location is great for reaching the top tourist destinations in San francisco.
Formally, the hotel is offering breakfast, but there are literally two things to choose from (oatmeal or factory-baked sweets), both contain extreme levels of sugar. I think it's better to consider other options, which are plenty in the area. I am personally OK with it, since the hotel is offering free parking in an otherwise tricky-to-park area.

Disappointing
It was close to the festival that I was working at. Had parking
Very noisy, breakfast was cheap pastries like hostess, and Quaker oatmeal. Owners seemed friendly but were not honest.

We have stayed before and found it very convenient, the location was ok and was just down the road from Mrs Doubtfires house, close to yoda fountain and the palace of fine arts. Also about 40 minute walk to the piers.
It looks like nothing has been done to it since last time we was here, everything seemed a little poorly kept and even the hygiene seemed to be worse than before, we had stained towels and bedsheets had a couple of marks on it. Not so dirty you had to get changed just a little disappointing from somewhere you knew. Parking limited and on busy days it gets full very quickly and we had to find a space in a nearby road.
