The staff was polite.
The rooms were outdated. The floors are peeling and warped. The shower stall had mold. The mattress was too stiff for my liking. Woke up in the middle of the night with a sever back ache. Very small room for the price. To me this was a 50 or 60 dollar night hotel.

Location is fabulous. Easy walk to Marina, Cow Hollow, Union Street shops, dining, bars. Clean rooms. Great bed and shower. Coffee!

It was very loud, but I don’t blame the inn since the location is within the city. The room was not soundproof because I heard upstairs residence walking around and talking at night.

The location was excellent. Neema was very helpful with an early check in. She directed us to a great spot at tunnel top to wait for our room. Quiet for its location.
