A very clean room with high ceilings.
Big windows. Safe for money and documents.
There is not very expensive parking nearby.
Powerful water stream.
Not many loud noises in the street.
Free coffee in the lobby.
No heater system. It was chilly at night.
The lock on the bathroom was broken. Not convenient for several people

Superb location. Perfect for easy stroll to Union Square and downtown.
Lovely fiendly staff. 24 hour coffee and cakes in the morning. Perfect.

Wonderful
Great location and super friendly staff. They helped me retrieve my camera when I accidentally dropped it from the balcony - and it didn't break! Many thanks to Jorge. The rooms are definitely not luxurious but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was amazing, they let us check in early and the location is great. They provide pastries and coffee for breakfast. Great value.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30AM to drop off our luggage. Imagine our surprise when the front desk said they had a room available for us. The location was perfect for our stay with easy access to public transportation. We also walked easily enough to Chinatown, the Powell Street cable car and the Powell Street BART terminal.
Pastries were available for breakfast and coffee/tea was available all day.
The bed was harder than I'd like. The pillows a little flat (although there were extra pillows I was too tired to get up and get them). The ice machine in the lobby was out of order.
