The location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is limited but sufficient, and the rooms are clean.
In our opinion, the rooms would be better with wooden or parquet flooring instead of carpet. We were also disappointed by the bedding. Using two sheets combined together as a cover for the duvet is not something we would expect from a hotel of this standard. We found it uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene point of view.
Because we could not put the sheets back together properly after opening them, we had to remove the duvet completely. We were very surprised that a luxury hotel chain such as Grand Hyatt does not provide proper duvet covers. Photos are attached.

Location is amazing definitely, room super clean and spacious. Customer services is very kind. Valet parking service was really good. Breakfast was beyond our expectations.

Location, walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, and Little Italy. 30 mins drive from the airport (if no traffic). Staff are nice and responsive.
So near Tenderloin area and it is a very sketchy area. A lot of houseless and drug addicts around. You feel unsafe walking esp at night. Hardly any shops opened; a lot have been closed or boarded. Nothing really to do around the area.
