Excellent staff and service …nothing was too much trouble … allowed early check in and late check out, stored luggage until airport departure, upgraded room. Would love to return soon! Thanks got a great stay.

Staff were great, a bit expensive but that’s just how it is in San Francisco.
The room was good, convenient.
They gave umbrellas which saved us cause we had a rainy day.
Good valet service, not cheap but good.
The shower - you run the water without the option to not get wet so it’s just on you- and it starts cold. But not a big deal.
Receiving sleepers could be nice.
Expensive, but so are the other hotels in the city

The decor was nice and staff were very friendly, overall the property was very well-maintained.

Stay we’re friendly and in a good location
The noise from the road at night was very loud and kept me awake both nights. Construction and traffic. Windows were not suitable for such a busy noisy area. Told at check out that there was white noise machine in the room I hadn’t seen but doubt it would make much difference.

Clean , cozy, they let us check in early. We could refill our water bottles ! They have a happy hour. The beds were comfortable. It felt safe. They were friendly.
