The property was in a good location. And the property was beautiful.
My room was very small like very, very small. There was no place to stand in the bathroom. The entry also was very tight. We could not even put our luggage and the hotel was really small and in a tight space.

The reception staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Check in was super easy. There was cocktail hour when we arrived which was a nice bonus to taste locally produced win and gin.
The room was an appropriate size for three adults and the bathroom was very nice. The shampoos/soaps in there smelt amazing!
It's also incredibly convenient to get to via the Bart train from the airport!
It was a little noisy - we were there for July 4 celebrations though so it might have just been that!

Very Good
Good size room, spotlessly clean and a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room for my second stay was unexpected but appreciated. The sipping hour was also appreciated and a good way to meet other guests.
It's a shame that there's no breakfast options, apart from tea and coffee. The on-site bistro wasn't always open in the evenings either. But the location of the hotel meant there were plenty of options either within walking distance or for delivery.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely designed. The area had multiple choices for food and beverages that were in a great walking distance.
I wish the bathrooms weren’t as small as they were. There was hardly any space between the toilet, the wall, and my body sitting. It just felt very crowded as it was such a tiny spot.
