Absolutely loved the vibe and staff that greeted on arrival. Friendly to the last minute you check out. That is everybody. The reception, the bell man whose services you even didn't require. Everyone maintains the impression that you the guest number one. This hotel is more like that Continental hotel from John Wick movies. The location beats all. There is happy hour with liqueurs from 17 to 18. In the mornings there is hot water and coffee in the lobby. Perfect San Francisco stay. There is more. The coffee espresso machine in the room is Illy. There are also refillable aluminum bottles for water. The pantry where you can refill are on 03 and 07 floor. Your will appreciate the rooms overlooking the inner yard as they are especially shielded from street noises. The BART station is Montgomery and is 07 mins walk. Not convinced? I loved the aesthetic of the hotel. I enjoyed the history and the happy hour with the Gin cocktail! It was in perfect walking distance to the convention center and other fun spots.

I liked the style. The entrance with the fire place was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful.
Only the price was a bit high. But I guess it is normal for San Francisco.

The staff was the absolute best. From the moment you arrive the valet is so friendly and courteous. Jared our hist was so incredibly friendly and polite. The hotel is clean, all the staff members are friendly and happy. Everything is kept up well, the hotel is in a good location and they have Equator coffee in the mornings and wine in the evening.
Love everything about the hotel. There is some street noise, but it is San Francisco after all.

The facility was beautiful and clean. The staff were very nice in offering dinner and outing recommendations.
It was very hard to find my confirmation, even with the number. It was booked with my last name as my first name. It took the front desk approximately 30-40 minutes to find this (and calling a manager to help). However they were very kind throughout the process. However, we ended up being charged approximately $100 more per room than what was originally quoted in the reservation.

I like the idea that they have wine hour. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The staff always know how to greet their guests. I love that the room has a coffee machine; I was able to enjoy my cup of morning coffee. The interior design of the lobby is beautiful & the hotel is clean. The hotel also has a nice & spacious garden.
The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable for me; it was hard.
