Literally next to a road. That’s impossible to sleep (personal opinion but ambulances or horns in the deep of night are too much for me)

Little noises, center of everything, ear plugs and face mask helped for a great night of sleep

Location is good, walk to Lombard cable car stop, good food options around
We got a room next to the street, very noisy. The whole motel is made by timber and plaster boards, insulation is poor, car hear people upstairs walk loud all time

Great location and the room was clean.
Parking was extremely tight and some of the spaces don’t seem secure on the back side of the building.
