It was in a great location, and offering parking was a huge draw.
The parking situation was VERY chaotic to try to figure out late at night in the dark while it was raining. I lost probably 20 min trying to figure out where I should be. It was a bit hard to hear the gentleman at the front desk between his quieter tone & the traffic noise.

Location is great. But room is noisy you can hear the street and other guests in other rooms.
Room is very noisy all night. You can hear other rooms around you and traffic.

The location, parking, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff made this stay a very happy one!
The only issue with the property is the overnight noise from the street. Bring ear plugs and/or ask for a room that doesn't face Lombard Street.

The location was perfect. It is in a great neighborhood, minutes from the Warf.
The staff! The owner Henry Patel called my room. I was asleep he said my rental car was going to be towed. I ran downstairs.In a daze because I was asleep. He began to raise his voice and said "Where is your parking pass?" I said it fell off the dash. He kept yelling at me. Then he complained how I was parked. He got louder and louder. I told him this is not how your treat a paying guest!! He said " Now you are mad at me." He did this in front of people who were about to check in. I could not sleep for the next two nights. I had so much anxiety. I even forgot important stuff in the room. I told him I would never stay here again. He said, " I do not care."

The location was perfect. Less than a mile from the main shopping areas and two blocks from the beach/marina.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of buffets items.
The room was recently renovated. It was spacious and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable. There was a problem with the hairdryer and within a few minutes they came to my room with a replacement.
Highly recommended.

Room was specious for the four of us. Simple, but ideal for just sleeping in the room. You can't do much in there, but this is what we needed it for. Amazing value for 4!
It is indeed an Inn or motel. Nothing bad in this per se, just be informed of what you book. It served our purpose.
