Staff was very nice and welcoming.
Parking is very tight. Definitely not accessible for family or little ones.
The room seemed cleaned, however, until bed time, something bit my toddler all over. The sheets were not very clean so I had to buy some and the floors were not swept, you can feel the dirt/dust as
You walked in the room. The blinds did not close all the way so the light from the street came in. Also keep in mind you can hear everything, especially if you have others upstairs.

Rooms are super clean and the area is very quiet.v the pictures are what it looks like. Staff was nice. Just be ready to put a $200 deposit (that was promptly returned.) Would 100 % stay again.camt
Can't say there was anything. If you are looking for a resort, don't stay here. If you bare looking for a clean room for a place to sleep, do it?

Rooms are spacious and clean.
My only complaint, the windows do not open so the only way to get air is by turning the AC or Fan on. I CANNOT tolerate AC and don't like fans.. so ya..
The elevator door doesn't close well, so half the time I couldn't use the elevator. This needs to be fixed.

The manager was very accommodating. Very laid back feel. Easy to catch public transport. Free parking is almost unheard of. Newly remodeled room.
The room reeked of fabuloso. That stuff is toxic and many people have breathing problems. We had to leave the windows open to air it out. Stayed 3 days and still smelt strong at check out. Please change to a better cleaner.

Great location to visit the city, especially since there is parking available. Rooms seem to have been renovated recently and are spacious and comfortable.
Due to the location at an intersection can be a bit noisy at night with traffic.

The younger man at the front desk was super sweet. He helped with bus stop questions and questions we had as we were tourists. The property is 3 min walk from the bus that takes you to the Wharf. 28. Convenient.
The floors looked like they needed mopped. Everything for the most part was clean. Wasn’t a fan of the beds, they were not soft. Parking had two spots, front of the building and behind. By morning it was completely packed. Coffee in room was minimal for like 1 cup. Wasn’t able to get coffee from office till after 730.

Really good location with free parking which is a gem in San Francisco.
The location is really loud, seemed like everyone using the street to organize drag races in the middle of the night. So prepare earplugs and you are good to go.
