Central location, clean rooms, extremely helpful staff
One thing I hadn’t considered was the motel being on a main road so the noise level was extreme, especially at night…didn’t bother us much as we live on a main highway but something to consider for others. Also, there was no note pad or pen in the room - that would have been helpful to have.

Great location, helpful staff, free parking area, heating in room, hot water in shower, daily room clean.
Unstable wifi connection, the sound of people walking upstairs due to the thin room ceiling is heard in the room, the heater is very loud, and there is a lot of vehicle noise coming into the room.

Dirty carpet in the corridor made a very bad impression, and lift was broken for 3 days, although they said it just got broken on the day of our arrival

Staff fantastic! Above and beyond ! Clean roomy apartment! Free morning coffee at reception! Close to eateries and bus stops
Noise level until about midnight .. busy intersection!
On our stay the lift wasn’t working so had to climb 4 flights of stairs .. (it was a weekend so couldn’t get it fixed )

This is my friend groups go-to hotel whenever we want a night out in the Marina. It's close to the bars, the rooms are clean and fresh. I have never noticed it before, but you could actually see the golden gate from the third floor.

Convenient parking and comfortable room. Room was cleaned every day. There was fresh coffee and other hot beverages available in the lobby every morning. Really nice location as well. Henry, the admin guy was very efficient, courteous and friendly. Would strongly recommend this place. Great value for money.

Close to fisherman wharf and other attractions
Room too small for family of 3 with one chair only, and no wardrobe to put clothes away.
Also walls very thin could hear neighbours. Didn't have very good sleep.

Location, people, parking, comfy bed, bathroom
The main problem was noise. And I was aware of it before booking. Traffic on the road gets very busy early, and some locals enjoy riding around with loud music or motorcycle exhaust. We were “lucky” to stay in the room below people who literally rolled their suitcases back and forth and jumped around — and we could hear everything perfectly. Thankfully, they left on our last day, so only the road noise remained. Also, there’s no laundry inside, and the parking spot is quite narrow (something to keep in mind if you’re driving a larger vehicle).
