Loved the parking, as that is rare to find in SF. The Cow Hollow Inn also gave me a vintage vibe that I just loved. Very cute decor. Location is central enough, close to bars and restaurants.

Our view was of another wall... so not great. I think our original room was not ready when we wanted to check in.

2nd time we've stayed there. Such nice staff and super clean rooms. Good location, free parking. Good location to shopping and eating. Home plate next door was really nice. We went for breakfast. Cute, clean and good food.

The remodel looks great
The new decore and new staff attitude. We always stay at Cow Hollow Inn when visiting my parents and the last few stays really went down hill but it seems along with the remodel the staff has had an upgrade. Last time staff was rude and unbelievable, I actually Hurd the staff talking bad about me when they forgot to hang up the phone but a noticeable attitude change. Change for the better.

Kevin and the other staff are patient and kind!
The only thing I can think of is the extra heavy air freshener scent in the elevator lobby.
Too intense, and not really that great for you.

The location was excellent for dining out options and shopping.
There was alot of noise from outside with people yelling and laughing. There was also intermittent loud music. Both of these issues continued passed 1am. This is not great for a tired light sleeper.

The suite was spacious and lovely. The parking was confusing and not well explained as were the directions on how to reach the suite. The desk staff was gracious in showing us to our room and explaining how to get to the right garage when appeal to for help.
The mattresses on all the beds in an expensive suite were very uncomfortable. The two queen sized beds in one of the bedrooms were on frames that were so high it was difficult to climb in and out of the bed.

Great location with lots of shops walking distance. Nice staff especially Kevin at reception who was very helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend this place
