I have stayed at the Coventry Inn a number of times when I was a consultant. This trip was a personal one visiting friends. Rooms have been renovated and have a delightful ambience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The Coventry Inn is located in the Marina District, which is full of wonderful shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

From the outside it is unassuming, but inside the rooms are spacious, very clean and updated nicely. The location is fantastic, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and a relatively short walk to the Presidio. Free parking is a huge bonus!

The Coventry Motor Inn offers a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and notably clean, with thoughtful decorations that add to their appeal. While breakfast wasn't offered during our stay, the check-in process was effortless, and the front-desk person was helpful in giving us the pass to park our car in the basement. Our overall experience was up to the mark, and I would confidently recommend this inn to any traveller.

Great location, parking included in hotel price, newly refurbished rooms. We always ask for the same room facing Lombard street for its views of the GG bridge.
They didn’t replace the table that used to be in the bay window during refurbishment. Now there are only 2. chairs without a table.

Bed was very comfy, room was super cute and very clean, and the free on-site parking was incredibly convenient.

Good location, at least for us. We went to a conference at Fort Mason. Rooms atre spacious but, at least uors, a bit noisy in the morning due to garbage collection right under our window
Staff - especially David - is not very friendly. We were asked 10 dollars per bag to leave our luggage in the reception area after our check-out.
